I had a problem with my heater not staying on they tried to troubleshoot it with me and after nothing worked they replaced the heater for me. Great customer service.

4 patio swivel/rocker chairs. Beautiful. Well made. Priced moderately. One chair had a broken part in the base. Customer service responded quickly and sent me over a completely new base with no broken parts rather than send me a replacement part. Quick and painless. Love this company!

I live in the UK. Ever since I saw the product I desired to own one. After many attempts I found it was not economically viable to purchase one, and have it delivered to my home. Recently my son visited a friend in the USA. I thought this should be an opportunity for me to acquire one. I ordered a single, plus a carry case. I ordered these items, paid by credit card, and entered a delivery address in the USA where my son could collect to bring home. Unfortunately, I did not give the correct US address. The items were shipped as 2 separate items. The hammock was accepted, and signed for. The carry case was rejected, and returned to supplier via the courier. I contacted Republic, and they provided a US carrier contact number so my son could try and establish who had signed for the hammock, and perhaps arrange to collect from. He tried, but was unable to contact a human. I then passed all this on to Republic customer support. As a result I have received a FULL refund for both products ordered. I am so impressed with the understanding, and empathy with which this awkward situation was resolved. When it is economically viable I shall buy these products. I sincerely attest to the professionalism , and honesty, of the company, and their employees.

Great customer service. I bought some outdoor furniture and one of the cushions had a rip in it and they were very responsive and sent me a new cover.

I ordered a patio furniture set and two boxes arrived early. It was apparent that there should have been a third box. I contacted the service dept. and Serena helped locate and send the third box. She was extremely helpful and even expedited the shipment for me.

We have loved the sun umbrella we ordered from you. Unfortunately, it snapped in a wind storm. This company was so great to work with, they sent us a new replacement. Will order from them again.
