We bought an outdoor table and it was damaged during shipping. The table needed replaced. Tiffany the customer service rep promptly replaced the table with Home Depot. Issue resolved. Very satisfied.

We purchased two wicker lounge chairs, which are really nice, but one of the cushion covers was ripped. I contacted customer service via email and quickly received a response. They stated they'd send us a new cover, no problem, and we received it shortly after. It's good to know that some companies care enough to provide customer service like this.

I recently purchased and assembled a gas Griddle/Grill. It was missing a part and customer service was excellent as it shipped the part very quickly so that we could use the grill.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I purchased a seven piece patio set the first week of February and I’m missing the parts to put two chairs together. I’ve tried e-mailing, calling the corporate number and the 800#. It’s been over 4 weeks of trying and no reply or answering of any phone number called. I even contacted the corporate office of Home Depot and they can’t reach anyone. How do I get these parts??

I had a problem with one of the chairs fitting together properly, but they sent out a new part right away and that took care of the issue.

No customer support. Can't get through on their 877 telephone number for missing parts. Not responding via email either. Easier to return product than deal with this company.Regarding their response, I have been emailing them with endless emails and no solution. What a joke!
