very good customer service to resolve my issue

There was a slight manufacturing fault with one of the two chairs in the box and Alphamarts dealt with it quickly and courteously and sent me a replacement box. A fair and honourable company and a very good product. It was a pleasure to deal with Alphamarts. Thank you.

On April 20, 2023 we purchased the PHI VILLA - Rattan Outdoor Sectionals Conversation Set Sofas with Blue Cushions from Home Depot. It was delivered on April 26th. Unfortunately The coffee table glass was shattered in shipping. I knew Home Depot would take a return but we had a party planned for the coming weekend so I contacted Alphamarts via email Sunday evening. They replied Monday morning and a replacement glass arrived Wednesday afternoon. A great product and outstanding customer service!

I ordered a MF studio (Phi Villa) 10 foot cantilevered patio umbrella, including the base, from Walmart.com, but when the package arrived there was only the umbrella and no base. No indication from Walmart that any more packages would be delivered. I tried to phone Alphamarts several times, but their line was busy. I reluctantly emailed them thinking I would probably not hear from them for weeks, if at all. To my surprise, I was contacted multiple times through email within 24 hours and my problem was resolved within 24 hours (the base arrived the next day). Great customer service and... I love the product. Very heavy duty, sturdy, and good quality.

I had trouble with our gazebo and with rain, then snow, the legs buckled. I emailed them and within 5 days, I received a new one. I am amazed at the speed in which I received the new one.

I am very pleased with this company. Patio set was shipped in a few days. One of chair arms did not line up. When I called there were no problems getting a new one. Received that in a short time. Set is all together and very happy. It is so nice to deal with a company that backs there products. Michael McGann

First, the chairs themselves are solid and well made. The packaging was clearly labeled, and there were extra nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and the hardware included caps to cover exposed screws. The instructions were fine--certainly, they were better than other do-it-yourself assembly products we've recently purchased! Hint: don't tighten everything maximally until all pieces are in place. All that said, customer service is where this company really excels. One of the seats was defective, and I went to the company's web site to report (giving product number, etc. as requested). Within 24 hours, I had an email response, and when I sent an email reply with a picture of the seat, was told a replacement seat would be shipped to us. Each time I had a question, I received a response within 24 hrs--and I was given the fedex tracking number for the replacement seat. Issue was resolved within a week of my first reaching out to the company. Obviously, it would have been preferable not to have received a defective seat in the first place, but stuff happens and that seems to be true of all manufacturers and suppliers. The bottom line is that customer service quickly addressed the issue. I highly recommend this company and will be confident in buying from them again!
