Upon assembly of patio chairs, one of the arms was different than the others. I sent pictures to customer service, who immediately responded, stating they would find a replacement. They foun one and sent the new arm. All this within 2 weeks which I found to be totally satisfactory.

Absolutely horrid customer service. They wouldn't help with a simple question about one of their products, repeatedly answering they did not understand when i clarified the question further and further. I would recommend avoiding dealing with this company.

Received the umbrella is 3 days since I ordered it......it took me only 20 min to assemble it....it looks perfect.....it was my 1st order with this company so I was pretty skeptical.....ill definitely be ordering agsin.

Ordered an outdoor 3-seat swing chair from this company. It had 3 minor issues after it was assembled. A torn cover, a bent side table, and crookedness on one side which did not affect the operation of the swing, just looked odd. The company reached out to me, and sent me a new cover, a new side table and gave me a partial refund of my purchase. They were prompt, courteous, and very attentive. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a merchant! Do not hesitate to do business with them.

My experience with the company was great. Our products were delivered quickly. One minor piece was broken. I contacted their customer service department, and a very quick and professional response led to their replacing a larger part to remedy my problem. A very professional and customer driven company. Their representatives were terrific.
