Alphamarts stood behind their product and replaced it when it arrived slightly damaged. We would order from them again.

I purchased an outdoor dining set from Home Depot. When received one chair was damaged and missing hardware. We were told by Home Depot to contact Alpha Mart. They from day one were awesome to deal with and were able to replace our chair and hardware.

Ordered and received in 2 days. Easy assembly just follow the directions. I put this together in 4 hours. Have used once and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Love the idea of having separate controls to lower the coals on either side, great concept. No paint peeling or rust. Absolutely a great purchase with many future years of use.

Bought table and chairs, had a problem with one part of a chair, but was sorted out after contacting seller who sent me a replacement. A good experience all round

I ordered the Patio Dining set with 6 chairs. When the order arrived one chair arm had a small gouge on it, After contacting Customer Service they shipped me out a replacement arm. They were very helpful in resolving the problem.
