Alpha WatchReviews of alpha-watch.com

WARNING TO CONSUMERS!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!The quality and functionality of this watch is equal to a $20 smart watch from amazon. My Bravo watch lasted 6 days.these watches are advertised as strong and durable but when you get it you are instructed to avoid everything including getting it wet!!!!no customer service!!! They play off the whole "america" "military " theme and its a disgrace DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Company doesn't stand behind their product. My watch stopped working after a charge and they don't offer a replacement after two weeks. So, they expect that their watch will last 2 weeks at the most. Mine died in less than 90 days. What a waste of money. They offered me a $45 dollar replacement. So they are saying their watch is worth $45, but they charge $100 most models.

Ordered the Alpha Pro package which consisted of several bands and 2 chargers. The watch is bulky and doesn't appear to be of good quality. Also one of the chargers wouldn't work. I had to send them a video of it not working. They said they would send me another. Never received it. The watch is just above junk. The company is junk. My first and last purchase. 11/2/23 It's been almost 2 months. Still no charger. They've told me twice that it would be sent. ALL LIES.

I purchase the Raptor watch in August 05 2023. The wrist band has came apart multiple times. It needs bigger pins that go through the lock hasp and band. I have had issues with the touch screen. It won’t response to the touch. They advertise it’s an unbreakable screen.

Despite the seemingly flood of negative reviews, I purchased the Alpha Gear Pro. I had not read any of the negative reviews prior to but I have had my watch a week and so far, I love it. The battery probably wont last the length as advertised but then again with any smartwatch, the longevity of the battery depends on what all you have running in the background. All in all the battery life outlasts all my other smartwatches and it isn't even a close comparison. The only negative I would have is the band. It is big and bulky. It isn't terrible, but I would much prefer a different one and I am aware there are others out there. All in all, I am pleased (so far) with my investment.

Bravo watch did not have functions as advertised. Nor did it have the watch face as advertised. That was one reason I bought the watch. Contacted them and they told me watch does have these functions: barometric pressure, compass, altitude. Asked them where to find these options and sent them screen shots. They didn't tell me.They stopped responding to me. Will contact PayPal to see if I can get refund. Reading the reviews I wish there were a class action suit. Everyone have a great day.

Battery doesn't last 3 weeks as advertised, blocked me on Facebook for stating that. Customer service is asking for a video of the battery dying to get my money back.

I bought the Alpha Gear Delta Pro and it's by far the worst watch I have ever tried to wear. The only thing that somewhat functions properly is the watch band and it's Walmart grade. Terrible investment!!!!
