I bought it, put it away, and when I took it out to use it, it wouldn't turn on.

The watch a Delta Pro worked for 13 days and just stopped coming on and the vibration is always on . The screen will not come on and its a $100 that ill never see agin . Alpa Gear is a scam selling less that a dollar store quality watchs.

After owning this watch for a while, I noticed that the second hand would occasionally stop for several seconds and then continue moving. I was able to reproduce the issue while using the stopwatch function as well: both the seconds hand and the stopwatch hand stopped for several seconds (up to around 20) before continuing. I posted a negative review on the company’s website explaining that the watch was not working properly. My review was removed. So potential customers just see overwhelmingly positive reviews displayed on the website may not represent all customer experiences.

straight out of the box did not work appropriately notified them on day four they informed me I had three days to contact them. Horrible customer service almost as bad as the product they sell

The worst watch I have ever had. You only see the screen in day light. Even with watch light you couldn't see what time it was. I would rather carry a sun dial then wear junk like this.

Can I give it less than a 1 rating? Broken watch in a short time, not even rain proof forget water proof. Plus 3 messages to customer service and zero response

Trash. Low quality. Literally fell apart.

Terrible customer service. Bought the Raptor Pro and it lasted 4 months! I did not even put it in water. I contacted company and they say to do this troubleshooting to it that does not work and then they ask for another $45 for shipping and handling.
