Alpha WatchReviews of alpha-watch.com

I purchased three watches and two of them stopped charging after a few weeks . The company would not make good on their warranty .

Website shows a watch encased in ice and water proof up to 10 meters. After a quick dip in the pool, it stopped working and took on water. Company is unreachable for any type of warranty claims or tech help. Too bad as it's a awesome looking watch and the band is very tough, just the internals are not so great. Since they do not respond to phone calls or email inquiries for warranty, I deem this company as a fly by night scam just like the rest of the customers reviews.

Bought a watch and In just over 30 days the screen started to malfunction and they won’t exchange or refund. Horrible customer service. They are thieves, don’t buy!!!!!

The ONLY reason they get 1 star, it's the only option. Otherwise, they wouldn't even get a star!!! They are crooked people who claim to support veterans and are an American owned and backed company. Couldn't be further from the truth. I purchased and paid for a couple watches, one for my son's sixteenth BD, and never received the full order. I only received 1 watch. I would NEVER order from this place ever again. BEWARE-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY AND THEY LIE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW GOES VIRAL! I WILL USE EVERY MEDIA PLATFORM TO DISTRIBUTE THIS REVIEW.

I purchased 5 watches online on December 5, 2020. It is now May 22, 2021 and never have seen the watches. They took my $250 dollars and I’m screwed.

This seller is not trustworthy. They sent me a defective watch and when I returned it per their instructions, they never sent a replacement or refunded my money. My bad - I fell for their scam and did not send via a trackable method. PayPal was no help. Save your money and time and never buy from Alpha-Watch.
