Please don’t purchase from this company! A total rip off. The watch is junk as you can see by the many reviews, and I will attest to that. My watch doesn’t turn on correctly, so I called for a refund and their customer support will not give me a refund. I would recommend an investigation on this company immediately! I honestly believe it’s a Chinese company with a “front.” A foreign company posing as an American company. They actually claim to support “Police Enforcement” on their website. No American would ever call Law Enforcement “Police Enforcement.” How can we get a class action law-suit going against this company? If there’s a lawyer who can get this going please let all of us know. These many 1 star reviews tell a story. We got ripped off and want our money back. My order # is AG55436. I purchased the Raptor watch and it’s junk.

There is really nothing good to say. Misleading advertising claims and nonexistent customer support. They claim in their ads that their watches are waterproof and they are absolutely not. They claim to have an IP69K waterproof rating which should stand up to pressure washing, however I wore mine in the shower for a few minutes and it died right after. Their "customer support" person basically said I was screwed because I didn't read all the fine print. Watch went in the trash. They are a deceptive company with no intention of doing the right thing. They just trying to take your money.

This watch is perfect for someone who sits at a desk all day and doesn't take a shower or wash their hands. Had watch for 3 weeks. How can a company with a water resistance seal actually engraved on the face of the watch and claim they have a IP68 certification not honor their claims when all you did was wash your hands/face and shower? You know normal basic hygiene. Buttons stopped working, digital screen starting messing up and then blank screen. Contacted company with issues. They had me video the resetting process and email it to them. Next email states not responsible for misuse and read the fine print. Poor product, poor company. Don't buy.

Not what I expected. This watch hasn’t worked right since the second week. I hate to write a bad review, as I was hoping for the quality watch I was told I was buying. The price was too good to be true. This one’s going in the fire.

I am disapointed in the watch, for a $100+ watch it's not complete trash but it's not better then the $59 watch I had, the battery life is trash, I have to charge this watch every couple of days, my $59 watch lasted a weak or long with the charge. I also cannot get the notifications to work on the watch from my phone.

BEWARE…..no customer service. Sent me the watch whose side button was missing, made four attempts by emailing them and so many calls but no response, no ones pick the call. Not sure if its a spam or what but beware of buying anything from them before confirmation with them if you could get one…

Placed order for one watch, when it arrived ( late) there was another watch I didn't order with it. It wasn't wrapped in plastic like the one I ordered, and appeared complete, but I was charged for it even though I didn't order it. First off I noticed it doesn't have ANY of the watch faces shown in the ads, pictures, reviews, or even on the box. Then I noticed the band isn't the same. Looks like cheap garbage. Free lighter is a cheap butane lighter, no logo, and the additional cases and lanyard shown on the checkout page, NOT included. Never even opened the box for the one I ordered and have sent multiple emails to cust service the day I got them. No answers, Try calling, no answer, mailbox full. SMS. NO replies. Found this site and not feeling like I'll get any satisfaction here. Fingers crossed I can return these pieces of junk.

The Delta watch I purchased, didn't recharge. So after receiving it and it loosing it's charge, I couldn't recharge it. Customer support would NOT replace it even after I mailed it back in and spoke to them multiple times via email. A company is nothing without good customer support. In other words, this company sucks. Order # AG55149
