This company should be shut down! I don't even have my watch 3 months and it broke! They tell me it's out of warranty! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!

I bought an Alpha Watch because the company advertised that the watch had a 'stop watch' feature. The main thing I was interested in was a feature that recorded split times when I run track. Although they did not specifically state that the watch had a 'split-time' feature, I have never in my life seen a stop watch without one. When I received the watch and discovered there was no 'split-time' feature, I wanted to return the watch. That's when the Alpha Watch 'Customer Service' informed me (via email) that all they could do was exchange the watch for another one. They stated that their policy does not allow for a return of a watch if the reason is that it does not have a feature that is not listed. Since I purchased the cheapest watch they had, that meant I would have to add more money on top of what I paid for, and I still would not be sure if the watch had the feature I needed. That policy isn't listed anywhere for the customer to read, and there is nowhere for the customer to read exactly what features their watches have (they don't have their owners manual on their website or any other website). On top of that, there is NO working customer service phone number. I will never, EVER buy a watch from this company and I will make sure none of my family or friends buy their watches.

I purchased the Alpha Delta Pro and at first I loved it. It quit working in less than 6 weeks. I contacted them through email and was told that it was beyond the “30day” refund. I asked for a contact number and was told that they only use email for customer support… I will not purchase another and would highly discourage anyone in the market for one.

YOU CAN BUY THE SAME EXCAT WATCH ON AMAZON FOR $79,00 AND RIGHT NOW THEY GIVE TOU 50% OF SO I GOT THE SAME WATCH ON AMAZON FOR ONLY $40.00 SO I finally got my refund but they charged me $13.95 because they said i didn't return a screen saver which is not true. I took a photo of everything before i put it in the box and they said they didn't get it. its not a lot of money but it the principle of it. I did put the screen saver in in the box. Maybe the $13.95 is enough to cover the cost of they pay for the watch so thy try to keep the $13.95. It just not right when I did return EVERYTHING !

They got me too. Raptor watch arrived yesterday. I ordered it after looking up YouTube reviews on the features and durability of the watch. So far it doesn’t do anything it says. The broken English email I received from customer service was super reassuring. Attempted to call the number on alpha gear webpage and it’s no longer in service. What a joke.

I bought a watch from them it broke in less than a week. The company continues to send me emails and text messages and I can't stop them. Also only way to contact the company is email. Stay away from this company. There products are crap!! They know it. The have no product support. They send you crap get your money then keep harassing you through text and emails STAY AWAY

Absolute low quality, piece of trash, lightweight, least user-friendly watch I've ever seen or had. Good marketing though

Junk! They talk a good game about quality and durability, but all you get is angry every time you try to use it. Military grade!? I don't think so. It claims water proof, but once you receive it, the instructions say so not swim in or submerge. Water resistant, and to dry immediately if it gets wet. I have gotten better prizes out of a gumball machine than this. Asked for a return slip after the second day of glitchy usage and was denied. Kept disconnecting and the sleep pattern doesn't work. I slept 8 hours and it claimed I slept 3 1/2, was up for 25 minutes , and the slept for 1hr 45minutes. Wrong I slept 8! They have their refund policy written to the point that NO ONE could ever be approved. This is one of the most well thought out schemes possible. Save your self the trouble and buy a sundial! A sundial may not have Bluetooth but it works. Junk, trash, garbage, POS, and so many more things except good. Run away and save your money.
