Hi Christoforos, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of your warranty claim. After carefully reviewing the photos provided, we determined that the wear shown was consistent with abrasion from use rather than a manufacturing defect, and therefore fell outside the scope of our warranty coverage. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate the opportunity to review your case. Feedback like yours is valuable and helps us continue to evaluate and improve our products and processes. We also noticed that you chose to place another order with us, and we'd like to sincerely thank you for your continued support despite your disappointment with this experience. It truly means a lot to us. Warm regards, ALPAKA Support Team
