Hi W, We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand your concern about the return shipping cost. While we display prices in euros and may offer free delivery, this does not indicate that we operate a local returns warehouse in Europe. Our return policy states that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and orders outside the US are currently returned to our Australian warehouse. The original sender’s address cannot be used for returns.
