Very happy with my new bag! Had some issues with the delivery due to their local shipping partner for the last stretch, but it was quickly resolved by the customer support. Great quality bag with well though out features and premium materials. Feels like it will last many years. Perfect for weekend trips and daily life.

I’ve owned several Alpaka bags over the years, and they’ve become my go-to brand for everyday carry. What keeps me coming back is the quality. The materials feel premium, the zippers are excellent, and every bag has a thoughtful, modern design that looks great without being flashy. But really it’s their support. They are quick to answer and is very good at finding solutions for ones requests. I’ve had several requests with them and have only been satisfied. One thing I’ve noticed is that every bag has its own personality. Some layouts took me a little while to get used to, but more often than not I’ve ended up preferring them after using the bag for a while. The Flight Sling Pro is a perfect example. It wasn’t what I expected initially, but it’s now the bag I carry every day. If I had one suggestion, it would be to showcase the interior layouts even more clearly on the product pages. The organization is one of the biggest differences between models, and it’s worth highlighting because it helps customers choose the right bag.

I have bought from Alpaka twice. My experience for both purchases, is the the items are both well made and of high quality. I have bought from other brands to compare the Alpaka products to. I did a lot of online and YouTube reviews before making my purchase. My first delivery took a little while to come, but the second arrived earlier than expected. I have not had to return my products, so cannot comment on the experience. NB: Both my purchases are for items that was on the Outlet discounts.

I’ve bought several items over the last couple of years from Alpaka and loved them all. I’m sure I will be buying more in the future! Great products, helpful customer service and speedy, reasonably priced, shipping to the UK. I’ve recommended the brand to friends who have gone on to purchase and been really happy with their products too.

Ho ordinato da ALPAKA durante il Black Friday, per la maggior parte oggetti che volevo regalare a Natale. La spedizione, affidata alle Poste, è risultata non consegnabile "per un errore nell'indirizzo", e rimandata al mittente. Ho contattato il servizio clienti di ALPAKA e verificato che l'indirizzo che avevo fornito era corretto. ALPAKA ha inviato un pacco sostitutivo in tempi brevissimi. Questa volta il corriere delle Poste ha consegnato a un indirizzo diverso dal mio, cosa che ho scoperto chiedendo direttamente al corriere dopo che il pacco era stato contrassegnato come consegnato. Ho di nuovo contattato il servizio clienti ALPAKA, che ha fatto delle verifiche e mi ha quindi dato la scelta tra un ulteriore invio o un rimborso. Ho scelto il rimborso e in pochi minuti ho ricevuto la notifica di avvio del rimborso. Brutta esperienza di consegna con le Poste, ma molto soddisfatto per servizio clienti di ALPAKA, veloce ed efficiente.

Buon prodotto, versatile e comodo. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema alla chiusura lampo della tasca grande ma lo staff di supporto ha risolto in tempi brevi con cortesia e disponibilità fornendo un prodotto nuovo senza spese aggiuntive. Grazie Giorgio S.

Bought ALPAKA Flight Pouch - Compact Travel Bag from Amazon.Was missing the wrist strap.I mailed them and got it in Sweden in 6 days. What a service!

Package was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage. It had several items that were a limited run and are no longer available for purchase. Alpaka support re-shipped the limited Japan collection items from Tokyo and I just received them today. They also provided a $100 gift card code.
