Lack of communication, sent several emails just to find out where my order was. It took from Dec to Feb and still no refund. Reviews show many people with same problems. They don't seem to learn from their mistakes.

Vorsicht! Ich habe vor Weihnachten einen Poncho bestellt, und im Voraus gezahlt. Doch der Poncho kam nie an. Laut AlpacaMall sollte es per Amazon kommen, laut der Email per DHL. Ein Bestätigung der Lieferung konnte man mir nicht zeigen, und man zeigte sich uneinwillig den Auftrag zu stornieren, bzw. mir den Poncho wirklich zuzuschicken. Das riecht sehr stark nach Betrügershop! Bezahlt unbedingt erst nach Lieferung!

I ordered a sweater as a Christmas present for my wife because according to the AlpacaMall website it could make it in time. We received it five days after Christmas, the size was not XL that we ordered, but Medium, and the wool was not alpaca. I sent two emails to AlpacaMall asking how to return the item. They did not condescend to reply.
