The items I bought are beautiful but the fabric is not as soft as I imagined. Why I give 5-stars are because of the designs, colors and EXCELLENT customer service. I was concerned about my order and sent off an email to check on the status. I received quickly a very polite and professional response which set me at ease. My order came shortly thereafter. I do love my new Lady Diana sweater and look forward to wearing it later this autumn. Again, KUDOS to customer service!!

Liebe Frau Julia von AlpacaMall ! Ihre Ware gefällt mir sehr gut und ja auch Ihr Bewerben der Ware. Nur passieren eben auch Fehler; so auch über den Zoll, wobei eine Benachrichtigung eben auch mal untergegangen sein könnte (Spam, Stress usw ?). Ich hatte schon öfters angeschrieben und war auch sehr verärgert. Ich bitte um Verständnis ! Ich hatte bereits zum wiederholten Male bestellt und das erste Mal klappte es auch vorzüglich. Das zweite Mal, aus besagten Gründen, leider nicht. Jetzt bitte ich Sie fragen zu dürfen, wie ich dennoch zu "meiner" nachweislich bezahlten Ware kommen könnte ? Ich bin auch gerne bereit, die Zustellkosten vollständig zu übernehmen natürlich, da ich die ursprüngliche Zustellung versäumt hatte. Ich würde sie mir sogar selbst abholen, sollte ich nicht nach Äquador bzw Bolivien fliegen müssen ! Innerhalb von Österreich, gerne ! Die verantwortlichen Personen müssen ja doch das Paket an den Absender zurückgesandt haben. Wenn man mich als Kunde schätzt und bewerben möchte, so bitte ich, es mir zukommen zu lassen. The online ordering went well and I received good information about the progress of the order. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the sweater. It was right size and as described. It is high quality pure alpaca and while expensive I consider it good value. It replaced one I got in the market at Santiago 10 years ago. I am pleased to support locals in South America
