Needed a tech support and couldn’t believe there was someone local that actually knew what he was doing, thanks Phillip. After spending 1 hour at centrecom where I purchased it going around in circles with the tech algorithm there, I gave up and just called the manufacturer instead and resolved with 2 emails. Battery arrived faulty - Alogic requested multiple videos showing the battery losing charge and getting hot (how am I supposed to show that in a video???) Then when the battery was sent back, I have been waiting almost two months to receive the replacement. When asked for an update, Alogic continue to tell me it will "arrive as soon as possible". Awful experience, don't recommend. Go to Anker instead - Great products and quick delivery.
