The worst customer service you would ever find and get, there's no commitment Purchased stuff and it's 2 weeks now and I haven't got my stuff and still showing on the website that the order hasn't been fulfilled, with too many promises that the stuff will be shipped soon If I can give even no stars I would do so

I was sent a defective product. It was a detachable dock that doubles as a power bank. The power bank stopped functioning and I have sent over a dozen emails and tried calling them. Not one email was returned and I never could reach them. Asked for support on Instagram, never got anywhere with it. Complete scam of a company I am surprise they are still in operation with that level of "customer service"
