Great support team, solved my issue in the first call

We returned goods to ALOGIC on 19 September, and almost four weeks later, we are still waiting for our £900 refund. I emailed the company on 1 October to chase the refund and was told that their finance department would process it. Two weeks later, still no refund. Today, I contacted ALOGIC through their online chat, only to receive exactly the same response, word for word, as the email I received two weeks earlier. Clearly, this appears to be a standard, pre-written response rather than anyone actually dealing with the problem. It is completely unacceptable for a company to hold on to £900 of a customer's money for this length of time after goods have been returned. We are now having to initiate a £900 chargeback through our bank, as I have very little confidence that ALOGIC will voluntarily issue the refund. Having now read some of the other negative reviews, I only wish I had checked them before placing our order. The customer service has been appalling, with nothing but empty promises and generic responses. My advice is simple: avoid ALOGIC. Do not make the same mistake we did. I will update this review if and when we finally receive our money back.

Outstanding customer support from Oscar! Garry, my sales rep from Alogic, set me up with Oscar!!! I had an issue setting up my two brand-new 27" 5K touch-screen monitors, but Oscar, the IT specialist at ALOGIC, saved the day! He was endlessly patient, extremely courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. Beyond his great attitude, he is insanely intelligent and solved the issue seamlessly. I purchased one of their products and, unfortunately, bought it through someone that was not an authorized distributor. I had no idea that was the case when I bought the product. When I contacted Alogic afterwards for a warranty repair when it failed, their technician told me that the device was faulty but refused to repair it. After multiple back-and-forths, they replaced it once, and the device they replaced it with failed within about 2 months of me receiving it. This was on one of their 21,000 mAh battery packs. Really lousy that they acknowledged that their device was bad. In fact, I have emails from their technician saying, "I definitely have a bad device," but only because I originally purchased it from a third party. They refused. Even the one that they sent directly from their shop failed, and they refused to replace it.

The support was courteous and precise. I found the technician very helpful. We did manage to find the problem, and I expect the issue will be resolved shortly.

I've been waiting for an in stock item for 5 weeks now. I'll come back here once I get it and review the actual product. I'm regretting not going to Officeworks and just buying something off the shelf.
