Ordered a watch case for husband's birthday. Credit card charged in full day of order. Email confirmation of order says will be shipped one to 7 days. Called after 7 days and told I need to send credit card and driver's license and they are not sure when it will be shipped after that. Cancelled order. What are they doing with all of the driver's license info people are sending????????????? As a follow up - Allurez has now tried twice to have this review removed. In each case I have to justify to Trustpilot why I posted this factual review. The behavior says a lot about who Allurez is.
