I had never purchased jewelry online before. After some research, I went with Allurez and was not disappointed. From beginning to end, customer service answered my questions, assisted in expedited manufacture and delivery, and followed up with explanations on warranty and appraisals. The quality and price point were excellent. I had left the project too late, but even this customized item was prepared skillfully and delivered on time - Allurez went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful gift for my Mom. It was refreshing to be able to speak to a live person to sort out all the details - there was no waiting on hold, and they would followup personally by phone as well. It gave me confidence in the company and the product and I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a beautiful bridal set which is even better in person really worth the wait. It came in with a diamond chip missing but was taken care of by Allurez. Highly recommend.

In the fast pace world we live in today we sometimes forget to slow down and say thank you or I appreciate your help with this/that. The people working at Allurez has not forgotten that one simple rule. Their customer service representative are top notch and always have gotten back with my within 1 to 2 hours of my question or concern. I gladly approval of spreading the word about Allurez's people and their line of jewelry.

I had a half eternity pink sapphire ring custom made. Requested for a 4mm ring, but the ring they sent was a 3mm. I had this measured TWICE at a local jeweller with vernier callipers to reconfirm. The ring also came tapered at the back, which was NOT what I wanted. There was no mention of tapering in the listing and the picture did not clearly show that it was a tapered back. The actual colour of the pink sapphires were very dull and unlike what was shown on their website. Emailed Allurez about it and they insisted that they sent a 4mm ring. They also insisted that the pictures on the website showed the tapering. Unfortunately the photos were taken at an angle where the tapering was not clearly shown. They also insisted that this is a very popular shade of pink sapphire. That does not answer why the sapphires were so DULL. It made the ring look really cheap! The customer service staff, named Jessica, has a really bad condescending attitude when replying emails. Unfortunately I was stuck with this unhappy purchase as I am an overseas customer not based in the states.

Absolutely beautiful ring at a very reasonable price.
