Amazing website! Ordered my engagement/wedding set and it arrived in exactly 2 weeks!! LOVE my rings they are even more beautiful in person than they are in the picture on the website! Would recommend this company to everyone!!

I called them to ensure a guarantee delivery by 11/18/2021. I sent an email 11/15/21 asking for why it had not shipped yet. They said I would have it by 11/19/2021. It still has not shipped. Now they just send me canned answers of waiting 10-14 business days. Another note, when you call them, there is horrendous loud background noise/loud voices and the person on the phone acts like there is nothing wrong when you ask about it.

I ordered a ring and unfortunately the prepaid appraisal had inadvertently been left out of the paperwork. After posting a review stating that, Kim from Allurez customer service, reached out to me by email and followed up by phone offering to send the appraisal asap, which she did. I was so surprised and appreciative of the personal attention! Thank you Kim! BTW, the ring is absolutely gorgeous and obviously beautifully made. I am very pleased with it!

Thank You Kim for taking my call, listening to understand my concern. Since I lost my first ring, I ordered the basketball eternity sports band for the second time. I love the quality of the rings. When the second ring was delivered, it was not what I ordered. It was missing the shiny finish as online. Kim was very helpful, informative and worked with her team to get me the ring I initially ordered. Return process was smooth and I was able to receive my order with the shiny finish within the week. Hands down Kim for going above and beyond with your extraordinary service. Happy customer indeed!

After a month of waiting for the product to be shipped, the item was marked with an incorrect bill of lading, a malfunction that caused many correspondence in customer service emails to resolve the issue. When the pendant arrived, I was really happy that it was designed to a high standard. The necklace that comes with it is very thin and less practical so I had to purchase another necklace.
