Bad service. I ordered an engagement ring set. After ordering, i tried to contact them to make a particular change about my order. Eventually after getting through to them (after long wait times on the phone), i let them know of the change. I made another call after a few days to confirm that my change was going to be implemented. The person i spoke to mentioned already seeing a note regarding the change and promised to leave another note. After i got the rings about 2 weeks later, the request hadn't been honored. I tried to contact them and couldn't reach them. I left a message asking to get called back but nothing.

Still beautiful as the day I received it much better in person though . I Extended the warranty on it no fuss no muss easy peasy order # 62265

would go lower than 1 star if I could. this company has the worst customer service in the world. Ordered a engagement ring 2 years back, the same stone has fell out it twice now, to which im told it is nothing to do with the craftsmanship... this time the ring was sent back for a free repair on march 14th... it is now the 9th of september and I still havent had the ring back. I am on the phone multiple times per week to which they wont answer me as if they know its my number. I write emails to be told "we have asked for an update on your order". Paid well into the thousands for this ring and the company are holding it to ransom as they f**ked it up whilst making it. Would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere as I am not the only person to have an experience like this, my hands are tied though since allurez made the ring badly, local jewellers will not touch it so I need to post it to allurez each time to get fixed. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

A ring I had purchased from Allurez was being sent back for repair and UPS lost it, at least for a while. Complete frustration with UPS but Allurez took over. Then one day, my ring (or possibly a new one, I’m not sure) appeared. Allurez took care of me, the customer. Thank you Allurez!
