Really bad customer service, multiple times asked for help and they just keep rolling out the AI bot saying a human will contact but they never do. Great app but you’re on your own if you need support.

Do not try the free week tryout, its a way to get money off you but it has nothing to really offer. All main hiking routes can be found on Google. I canceled in the seven days and they still charged me. Couldn't find any good hikes locally. Everything required a good drive to get to. Great idea, but rubbish app. Its a shame really as it had potential.

1 star TOO MUCH Site does everything possible to block on browser and tries to force to their app Must be a ad full app and a scam If you say no to the app once it should be enough!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I FOUND IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED I GOT NO REFUND BECAUSE I FOUND OUT AFTER 30 DAYS. BUT CAN'T EVEN USE IT THIS YEAR BECAUSE PASWORD RESET IS NOT ACCEPTED.

I signed up for the free trial subscription and didn’t like the look of the app when I opened it so I immediately cancelled. Yet when my credit card statement came I saw that they charged me 35.99 for a full year anyway. My advice:Do NOT sign up for the so-called “free trial “ subscription! During the short time that I reviewed the app’s features I did not find it user friendly at all.
