The tent quality is great. I was surprised it didn't come with any tie downs other then a basic rope. I am glad I ordered a tie down kit but it should be included or noted that it is not included. Lastly, the instructions aren't great. Just using pictures doesn't always to justice on assembly.
Response from AlltentsDec 2, 2025
We appreciate your feedback on the tent's quality. We're sorry the tie-downs weren't included and for the instruction clarity. We'll review the product description for tie-down inclusion and improve the assembly instructions. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The order came pretty fast, but the boxes were quite tore up especially the last box. I've waited to do the review, because I just KNEW something was missing as both ends of the box were ripped open. We are missing 2 Item No. 30081. Our event is in 3 days and the forecast is rain, which is why we bought the tent. You can imagine how I'm feeling right now.

We're very sorry the order arrived damaged and you're missing items, especially with your event so close. We know how frustrating that must be. We'll look into what happened with shipping to prevent this in the future. Thanks for letting us know.

I always bought tents that are quick set ups. Always had to worry about the wind and rain. But I chose to pay more for your tent this year and will never go back to the others.

We're happy to hear that our tent exceeded your expectations regarding wind and rain! We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad you are satisfied with your purchase. Thanks for the feedback!
