Broke on the first weekend. Sent email about warranty that went unanswered. Product is extremely flimsy.

Assembly is very complicated, astep by step video would help. Instructions are generic for all Jasmime models. Also would help to have parts consecutive to assembly. Foundation parts were found in all 3 parts boxes. Then if buying foundation, have Instructions specific to that purchase. Would I recommend- No.

Hi Chas, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the assembly process for your Jasmine greenhouse felt more complicated than expected. Your comments about the instructions, part organization, and foundation guidance are helpful, and we truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We also noticed that this review was submitted as a service review, while the points raised relate primarily to the product assembly and instruction documentation. Feedback like yours is extremely valuable for improving our products and guides, and it may be most helpful for other customers if it is shared under the product review section as well. In the meantime, our team would be more than happy to assist with the assembly process or clarify any steps related to the greenhouse or foundation installation. We’ve reached out to you directly so we can help ensure everything comes together as intended. We appreciate your purchase and the opportunity to assist you. Best regards, AllTents Customer Service Team

I ordered a 10 x 20 tent with sides. When it arrived, the boxes were all ripped up and re-taped - probably by the shipping company. I set the tent up to ensure that all of the parts were there. Unfortunately, 2 poles were missing and a 3rd was damaged. I immediately contacted Alltents by email and included pictures with an explanation. They verified what was missing and sent out the missing poles and replaced the damaged pole. I received them in time for the event for which I had ordered the tent. Thank you!
