I never take the time to write any reviews; however, I felt compelled to write a positive review for Allstarhealth.com after reading such negative comments about the company. I must admit I was apprehensive about making my purchase but in the end there was no need for concern. After searching for the best value (at least $15 below most prices), I ordered my item and received it on Wednesday. I would shop there again with confidence!

Customer service is not as bad as thought. I canceled my order and they refunded back all the charges. Maybe i will buy products from allstarhealth in the future.

I am super happy with allstarhealth and have been purchasing online from them for a few years. The prices are the lowest that I have found and the shipping charge is reasonable and sometimes free. I always order a quantity of things that I need, so that the one shipping charge gets absorbed into the whole order. Most of the time my items come quickly. I plan ahead and order before I run out of my supplies.

If an item is not available in a regional warehouse, instead of splitting the order so you can get most of your product on time, those idiots will hold up and entire order while one or two items are sent from 3000 miles away. It's a simple fix: Automatically Split The Damn Order. It really says alot about these guys when customers know how to manage their company better than they do.

Keeping that in mind, we make decisions about shipping based on transit time from each warehouse. If something is out of stock in the warehouse closest to you, we may ship from the other warehouse so we can fill your entire order at once. Try this: Add an item to your shopping cart. When the cart page opens, press F5 to refresh the screen. Now you have 2 items. If your browser is set to reopen your last tabs, close your browser and reopen it. Now you will have 3 items. Pretty clever way to increase sales. After first trying to convince me that my browser was to blame, they *finally* admitted this does occur, but they evidently are doing nothing to fix it. UPDATE: It's been 8 months now and they still have not fixed this problem. It is very clear what the problem is. In technical terms, they are using HTTP GET instead of HTTP PUT. Their get command includes an add command. E.g., .....allstarhealth-dot-com/ca.aspx?b=add&p=20634&q=1 contains "b=add" and "q=1". Thus whenever one refreshes the page, another 1 item gets added to the order. This programming error would be very easy to fix, but perhaps they view this error as a way to increase business. Shame on them.

Richard, We definitely would never add anything to your order without your permission. Have you tried clearing your cache or deleting cookies? We will give you a call to walk through the checkout process and try to duplicate the issue you are having and better diagnose the issue.

I did a survey for allstarhealth com in which I was offered "free" magazines. The company that scams you has a "customer service" website www magscustomerservice com. It looks like the company name is synapse group inc. Either way it looks like I will have to fight tooth and nail to have these subscriptions canceled as they make it almost impossible and charge automatic renewal fees every 6 months. I can't believe Allstar Health would put it's customers in a situation like this.

Sometimes they will present a magazine offer, which is also optional. You are in no way obligated to fill out the survey or accept the offer for the magazines. I live in a town where mail is not delivered. These people required that I pay extra for shipping because my mail address was different from my physical address. I order stuff almost every day on the Internet and have never had this problem with any other vendor. I refuse to do business with them and suggest you do too.

USPS is the only carrier that will deliver to PO Boxes, so that option for shipping should be selected to ensure your package is delivered successfully. Additionally, if you have a street address that accepts mail from UPS, we also offer a flat rate $7.95 option to ship with UPS ground. I know it's frustrating when you have two addresses that only get mail from certain carriers, but as long as you chose the correct option we can make sure you get your package.
