Grace - Thank you for your review. All of our products typically have an expiration date that is 18-24 months out, but we always guarantee at least 3 months of shelf life. It appears that you purchased a 30-day supply of the product so the supplement will not be expiring before that time; However, if you'd like to return the product you are welcome to do so. You do have the option of returning the product at your expense, but we can provide a company-generated shipping label for a small fee, as well, and the shipping label will be free if you choose to have your refund issued to you in the form of a store credit. Hi Marene, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your order will not arrive as quickly as you expected it to! Once any order is placed, it goes back into the warehouse so it can be fulfilled. Most of our orders are able to ship the same day or next day, but there is a small chance that we might encounter a stock issue where one or more of the products may be low in stock or out-of-stock. I can see that this was the case with one of the Natural Sources products on your order. Since this product was not in stock, we held your order for a few days because we were expecting for a new product shipment to arrive in hopes that we could ship your entire order together, in one shipment. Thankfully, we were able to ship your order out on 7/25/24, 4 business days after your order was placed. Transit time is typically 1-5 business days, so we apologize that your shipment is taking a bit longer to arrive than usual. We recently started using FedEx as a Domestic Standard shipping option so your orders may ship through this carrier in the future. If you prefer UPS, you are always welcome to select the UPS Ground option which will ensure your package is not shipped with FedEx. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any other comments or concerns, please let us know.

The pop-up you are referring to is a service we set up with a third party called Bizrate to collect feedback from our customers. Sometimes they will present a magazine offer, which is optional. You are in no way obligated to fill out the survey or accept the offer for the magazines. This is solely for consumers to post their unbiased reviews for future shoppers to see. We can assure you we'd never utilize this survey if they were scamming our customers. Bizrate receives only the information you supply them directly in their survey and does not receive any of the personal information you provided when placing your order. Thank you for sharing your experience. I sincerely apologize for the issue with the order total. This order was placed and charged in CAD, so the checkout process should have displayed the order total in CAD. However, the text receipts we send via email are always generated in USD. I apologize for any confusion this has caused. The invoice included in the box will show the correct total in the chosen currency. We have forwarded your comments regarding the currency labeling to the appropriate department to suggest that this be updated on the website to prevent any confusion in the future. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to waive shipping. The only way we can offer our free standard shipping is by making it an automated system that doesn't require manual processing, so the free shipping is added automatically once you hit the threshold. We understand it's frustrating when it's only a few cents but unfortunately we have to have a cutoff amount, and we chose $99.00. We carry over 25,000 products and have many that are a dollar or less (like shaker cups, bar soaps, etc), so we hope you can find something you like to meet the free ship minimum. If you need any assistance with locating one of these items, please feel free to contact us.

Hi Jeff, I apologize you didn't have a good experience with your last order. I see we've been shipping to you for a long time, so I hope we can find an acceptable resolution to this issue. Just so you know, our system always stores the address from your last order, so your address would need to be updated at the time the new order is placed. If you go back and update your address after the order is placed it will fix it only for future orders. Our customer service team is trying to get in touch with residents of your old address, and hopefully we can recover this order for you. Usually packages sent to old addresses get sent back to us within a week or so. We'll call you when we finish researching this and provide a resolution so you get your package no matter what. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to earn back your business.

We believe in discounting our daily prices instead of having you constantly searching for discount codes and coupons on the web. I know it is frustrating but sometimes websites publish fake coupons to drive traffic to their sites. Unfortunately we have no way of stopping these sites from doing it. I see that you have placed your first order, so thank you for giving us a shot. We will work hard to earn your continued business!
