DON'T waste your time or money buying from these people. I ordered something in february 2015. having already checked customs charges to the UK I knew the extra charge. When they arrrived in UK they were intercepted by UK's leading mail complany RM (not delivered by the US mail co who sent the item) THEN kept the parcel UNTIL another £10 PLUS customs charges was paid (which I refused as the supplements were no cheaper if I was to pay a dreamt up charge from R.Mail. So they were retunred to sender Having chased the refund up for numerous months its now 5 MONTHS later and apparently they still have arrived for return. NOTHING but constant excuses from Chris at allstarhealth advising they have still not received the good back (which I don't believe for one minue) These people are just here ripping you off if you return from UK without purchasing tracked mail from them (which is NOT likely at those prices) So if you think you are getting cheap suppliments think again you're NOT because RMail will just charge you whatever they which for getting their hands on the package AS WELL as customs charges !!! So BEFORE you buy overseas do you homework as this appears to be a regular thing with these people NO SUPPLEMENTS AND NO REFUND WASTE OF TIME

I’ve been a customer of All Star Health’s since 2012. I first gave them a try because they had the best price on NOW Foods’s big bag of whey protein isolate (10 lb / 4.5 kg). While US$78.99 in 2012 jumped to US$99.89 in 2015, the other stores I’ve just Googled are still more expensive, and that in spite of All Star Health also selling a competitive product under their own brand, Bodystrong. As it stands, many products under this brand are very attractively priced — where else can you find 2 kg (4.5 lb) of MSM powder for US$15.99? As for All Star Health’s customer service, the first time I got in touch was to request the addition of one item to an order I’d already finalized, to allow me to save on shipping. My wish was granted quickly and courteously. Another time I contacted them because the product I’d received wasn’t as described. It was a copy-paste issue (two different NOW Foods green tea extract products with exactly the same description, whereas one had a much higher polyphenol concentration). They reimbursed me, even though I told them I was going to use the product anyway (just more pills, to get the same amount of EGCG) and only wanted them to replace the faulty description by the correct one from NOW Foods’s page (which I’d linked) to avoid misleading other customers. Another reason I’ve kept ordering from All Star Health: their very reasonable shipping rates. Alas, shipping costs keep increasing, for every store in the States, and ordering 10-lb bags has become too expensive (US$50.59 for France, where I currently reside). For orders up to US$70 and 4 lb, though, you have the economical DHL Global Mail option. It’s neither trackable nor refundable, but I tried it several times and the packages never failed to reach me (in France, in about ten days). In conclusion, my experience with All Star Health has been very positive, and I encourage you to visit their website and check their products and prices.

I purchased a dietary supplement with hesitation since I didn't know if Swiss customs would allow them in the country and maybe send them back as other reviewers have noted. Unlike one other reviewer, even though I also chose the DHL shipping method, I didn't have any problems with customs at all! No additional fees, no hold-back, no hassle. I have yet to try the supplement, however, I'm really convinced of their service and fast shipping!

On 07/22/2014, I purchased vitamins from this company that were advertised at $39.99 for a twin pack of 240 capsules; in other words, I was supposed to receive 2 bottles or a total of 480 vitamins. I have screen prints of the advertisement through Google, and I followed the links in order to purchase the items. On 07/30/2014, I received vitamins in the mail. But the company only sent one bottle or 240 capsules. Therefore, I contacted the company through e-mail to let them know that part of the order was not received. . I received an e-mail back from Caren, and she stated that Google made a mistake when advertising the item. She stated she would get back with me within 24 hours about a resolution. When she did not get back with me, I sent another e-mail inquiring about the status of my order. On 08/01/2014, I received an e-mail from a person named Steve. They refused to honor the advertised price, although they stated they would sell me a second bottle at 50% off. This is clearly deceptive advertising, and it is most likely bait and switch. For example, if a company advertised on TV that pricing was x amount on x item, they would, by law, be required to honor that price. If not, the company could be fined for bait and switch advertising. It is no different when a company advertises online. If more than one links clearly states a product is x dollars for x amount of merchandise, the company is required to honor the advertisement and pricing. Moreover, the company is responsible for making sure the advertisements are correct. Considering I notified the company on 07/30/2014 about the problem, as of 08/01/2014, the ad has not been corrected on Google. Therefore, they are continuing to deceive customers through false advertising.

J'ai commandé sur Allstarheath 16 compléments alimentaires (vitamines et acides aminés essentiellement) pour une valeur totale de 350 $. Leurs prix défient toutes concurrences. Comparé à betterlife, la même commande me serait revenue à 500 $. Les produits sont de super qualité, la même que sur betterlife et aucun problème avec les DLC qui sont toutes éloignées d'un an au minimum. MAIS, il y a un problème qui ne vient pas du site. MAIS du transporteur. Allstar travaille avec DHL ou UPS et vous demande de choisir. j'ai opté pour DHL car moins cher de 50%. Arrivée à roissy, les ennuis commencent dans la zone de dédouanement de DHL, pas celle de la vraie douane française, celle de DHL qui fait du zèle pour récupérer de l'argent supplémentaire sur les commandes qui arrivent de l'étranger. Tous les produits estampillés "vitamines" ou "supplements" sont systématiquement bloqué par DHL qui contacte le client (moi) pour me demander une autorisation d'importation de la part de l'agence française du médicament (aujourd'hui ANSES). SINON mes produits repartent aux USA. c'est du CHANTAGE !! La preuve, j'ai dû contacter l'ANSES (L'Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation). Je leur ai expliqué la situation, ils étaient SAOULE par le comportement des services de dédouanement de DHL qui les sollicitent ou demande à leur client de les solliciter pour rien tous les matins. Une responsable de l'ANSES m'a même avoué s'être déjà embrouillée avec DHL après leur avoir demandé d'arrêter de les solliciter pour rien. L'ANSES est compétente pour les médicaments et ne s'intéresse pas aux vitamines et autres suppléments naturels. RESULTAT : j'ai passé 1 journée entière au téléphone entre l'ANSES et DHL, et 3 jours de retard de livraison. ET BIEN SUR, DHL en a profité pour me facturer la TVA + des frais de gestion de dossier, soit en tout 70 euros. Je commande des compléments depuis 3 ans aux USA, je n'ai jamais RIEN payer aux douanes. Les douanes françaises (les vraies) se s'intéressent pas aux compléments, ils ont mieux à faire sur des sujet plus sérieux. Sans le zèle contreproductif de DHL FRANCE j'aurai économisé du temps et de l'argent. En conclusion EVITER DHL !!! Et veillez à ce que la mention vitamine n’apparaît pas trop grande sur votre colis.

If you are ever planning to make an international order with AllStarHealth.com, then think again. If your order is not allowed through the customs in the country where you live, you will only receive a refund if the shipping costs are lower than your order. In other words, all such refunds are minus the return shipping fees. And this company reserves to right to reject any request for a refund if customs does not allow your order to be imported. And if you request a response from their management concerning any trouble, all you will hear from is a customer representative. Every time you email this company about your same order, you will always get a different customer representative and have to explain you situation again from the beginning.

Took my money made me wait 10 days and still no order, responded to my email blaming my expectations. Pathetic way of handling business. I will pay more somewhere else for better service.
