I have ordered my stone breaker supplements on 19th Sep 2026 and I have still not received my order. I have received an email saying it was left on my porch at 9pm but I never received the package. I have contacted them several times and I have not received a response if I will receive my items or not. Unacceptable service, disappointing customer service.

They have sales all the time and their prices are lower than other online companies and stores I have looked into. My order was packaged with care. I also received the order quickly. In the past I have spoken with customer service and they are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered my product on 9/12/2026 it was multivitamins. I just received them today 9/18/2026. Ordering was easy, and deliver was fast, good service. I will be ordering again.

I have been buying from the company for years without any issues. Then I received an order that was missing items and sent an email explaining the problem. After a couple of emails back and forth, I received the missing items. Same thing happened with my next order. The order after that was fine, but the next order was again missing an item. Sent an email and went through the process again and now they tell me that it is unheard of that so many orders could be mis-packaged and there has to be an issue on my end so they will not replace the missing item or anything from future orders.

I am in Canada. Placed an order for the first time, had to verify credit card details over the phone to prevent fraud (this is great diligence by Allstarhealth). The telephone agent Jamie was super nice. Everything was packed with care (i.e. bubblewrap around glass bottles). Lowest supplement prices anywhere. I have never received a package so quickly in my life. It left California at 4pm on a Thursday and arrived at my front door in Canada the next day Friday at 3:13pm by DHL. Will be ordering supplements in the future only from Allstarhealth. Thanks again!

I found my husband's favorite protein powder at a good price on Allstarhealth. Before ordering, I checked their reviews. Some were good, but some were pretty bad. The price of the protein powder was good, so I decided to take a chance and order. I had to order 4 jars to get free shipping. I ordered, and my card was charged. I received no confirmation email and no product shipped email and thought uh oh. However, I was just pleasantly surprised that I received my order only two days later. I will be ordering from them again.

I rarely leave bad reviews EVER but this disaster of a company deserves zero stars. Placed an $70 order to have shipped to someone and two days later get a note to call them due to issues with the order. They wanted to confirm the shipping address since it was different than the billing address (no big deal - that happens in today's age of fraud.) Provided everything necessary with my credit card in hand and the lady started interogating me about why I was sending this to someone. I was blown away at first. She went on and on about how it's illegal to have a resale account and ship to someone else without setting it up with them. I said that the dumbest thing I've ever heard, I order things and gifts all the time on Amazon and Walmart etc and there is nothing illegal at all about doing that. SO, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE TYPICAL CALIFORNIA KAREN BUSINESS this is it. God help you if you want to purchase something and send it to someone else, that is now illegal in California :) :) Can't make this crap up. Stay far, far away from these California clowns with 8 million regulations you have to follow TO SPEND YOUR OWN MONEY LEGALLY. On top of that, their order processing time is horrible and I've never, ever hung a phone call like this and asked what the hell just happened. Now you can probably walk in and steal thousands of dollars and these morons will just wave and say thanks, but again DO NOT ORDER SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE ELSE and have it shipped to them or you will be subjected to the full phone interogation including why you are sending a gift to someone. Wow is all I can say.

After seeing negative reviews here on Trustpilot I was a bit dubious, but they had the best value I could find online for a rare flavour of Clif bar that I was trying to get hold of, so I went for it. And honestly I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to for this one, to balance out the negativity. I received an email within hours saying my order had shipped, and I then received it in about a week - impressive seeing as I'm based in the UK. The bars were exactly as expected, and packaged well. Great experience, very good value, would definitely order again.
