I have ordered from Allstarhealth NUMEROUS times and have excellent service and quick shipping every time. Not sure if some people expect the shipment to be on their doorstep the next morning, but if you are realistic about the delivery, want great products at wonderful prices, keep shopping here!!

I was impressed with the prices of Allstar health so I ordered a couple supplements that I normally purchase on a regular basis, That was on 11-16-18 it is now 12-10-18 I've still not recieved the supplements. I've called 3 times twice I have spoken to costumer service and they still haven't resolved this issue ,at this point I just want my money back I'm starting to feel like its a scam.I use alot of different supplements it's to bad for me if they are scammers &to bad for them if they aren't ,I most likely will be reporting them to BBB & FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION..All Star Health how would you feel if this was you that was done this way ?

I have been using all star health for more than 12 years. The prices over this time have been UNBEATABLE, the shipping is lightning fast and reasonably priced (price has not changed since I started using the site), and the selection is amazing. I order at least once per month from the site and have never had any issues over the past 10 years. When I did have an issue with my order long ago, customer service fixed it right away. Frankly speaking I would be willing to put up with pretty awful customer service at the prices I pay for my supplements (always at least 40% off retail), but these guys know how to do it right. I would highly recommend to anyone who has never ordered from all star health to give them a try. You will likely never order from anyone else again.

Excellent service, competitive pricing, responsive to questions, always well stocked in product I'm wishing to order.

I got my package in two day's and before Amazon. I ordered at the same time ish and paid the flat rate and thought this is gonna take a week, which was fine. My order was around $100 and very heavy with over ten bottles made of glass. It was packages impressively well. I will definitely be shopping here again their prices were amazing and service was a thousand times better than I expected

A bunch of incompetent people. I ordered some stuff (only $115 bucks) on Tuesday morning, they did not ship on that day, nor on Wednesday and this is Thursday morning I had to cancel it, because I needed it by Saturday. I talked to Anthony and specifically asked to ask to ship the order on Wednesday so I could have enough time to receive, as they ship from NC and I live in GA. I'm not sure if it is the company's policies, but none of their employees can't make any request to their warehouse, and this is very simple, I've deal with amazon.com and many other big companies, and they are competent enough to make a note and get the order shipped faster, how hard it is to put 10 bottles of vitamins in a box with a receipt and tracking number? In the business I deal with, if I lose an order because one of my employees can't accomodate my customers, specially with such an easy request, I'd fire him.

I've never had a problem with the company and shipping has always been fast and on time. My only complaint is that if you leave something in your cart and don't check out, they will continue to spam your email until you check out or remove the item from your cart. This will happen within 12 hours of putting an item in your cart. It's one thing to let a customer know, say 2-3 days later, if there is something left in the cart, but contacting you every 12 hours for eternity is not good business and not how I appreciate being treated.
