It took them 2 months to refund my money because my order was lost. Every time I called about it, they said the money would not be returned until they get the items back, which was the carrier's fault because I never got the shipment.

Normally, when a package is reported lost, we first call the carrier so they can contact the driver and try to recover your package and re-deliver it to you. If they are unable to find your package and conclude that the shipment was lost, we will send you a no-cost replacement or refund your credit card in full for your purchase. In this case, the tracking showed the package was returned to sender because of an address error so it wasn't technically lost. With that being said, the carrier should have been able to correct this error and deliver the package successfully, and our team should have refunded you as soon as the tracking showed it was being returned. It is very rare for a package to be returned to sender and we apologize that you had such a poor experience with us. Your feedback is very important to us and we truly appreciate your business. We hope that you can give us another chance to provide you with excellent service on your next order and are confident that it will deliver successfully with no trouble. I've been ordering from Allstarhealth for several years and I am completely satisfied with products and service. Sometimes a product that I've been ordering has been discontinued, and that's disappointing, but I can usually find a replacement. I really appreciate this company!

I purchased Renew Life SKINNY GUT, ULTIMATE SHAKE, the container mentions 20 grams of PROTEIN, 10 FIBER, 10 BILLION Probiotic, USDA ORGANIC etc... so I purchased it, then when I get it home on the seal to open it it talks about Prop 65 WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. I did not know about that warning and when I called concerned about the warning, concerned about what drinking this could do to me,I was scared, I never asked for a refund I was just trying to comprehend why such a warning is on a shake, I was told that I could not return the product because I brought it knowing it was going to expire, I said yes but I did not know or was it noted that I was buying, purchasing a product that had a warning that could cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. I was purchasing the shake reading that it had all these great vitamins, USDA ORGANIC, etc.. Since the product was on sale, I did not pay a lot for it, but that is not my concern, my concern after looking at this container on my table is to let other consumers that I called this company twice and twice got the same response that it was okay to consume even though the product has a label with the warning to Prop 65. I do not live in California and it is wrong that they think anyone else not living in California will feel comfortable drinking, consuming anything with such a warning.

We'll also explain this labeling law in more detail but Prop 65 is a California-only labeling law that affects products that are derived from the soil. Manufacturers are required to add this disclaimer if the product may be sold in California, and we sell across the USA. All products that come from the soil will feature minute levels of chemicals and so manufacturers are required to include this disclaimer to inform customers in California. They are selling products for 50% off, because the product has expired. I bought some Graviola, that was 50%, that I needed for medical reasons, because the local store ran out and when I got it in the mail, and tasted it, it was bad. The date stamp of expiration was hard to read, and looked fake, it was on the side of the bottle, not under the bottle like I have purchased in a store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I returned the product, and they did not even credit me $8.30 for the shipping I spent to return it. See pics on sitejabber of my review, with different bottles with expiration dates.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you were unsatisfied with the best by date on the product. We definitely don’t sell expired products. We keep a very close eye on inventory, but if you received something expired or short dated we would resolve the issue with a full refund. In this case you told us the expiration date was 10/19 which means it has 8 months shelf life. There are 32 servings in this container, so we are confident that we are selling this at a very good best buy date.We have resolved this issue by assisting with a return and refund. 1/24/19 I originally gave 2 stars because I believe the ad mislead me to purchase, however, customer service was like no other compared to all other sites. They reached out to me and offered to return my order and on top of that gave me additional credit for my next purchase. I seriously doubt any other site would have done that. Thank you for your kind response. I just purchased 4 tubs of protein because their site advertised: BUY 1 GET 1 FREE 10 LBS. To me that means buy 10 lbs. get 10lbs. free. However, it's 5 and 5....and no where they say 10. Just wanted you guys to be aware and not fall for that trick as I did.
