Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the order has not been received. Please contact your local customs department for assistance, as they may be holding the package for you. If the order is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We provide a notice during checkout stating that we have no control over customs restrictions, and we ask our customers to call the local customs department before ordering. We do this so you can find out prior to ordering whether the products are permitted for import into your country, and if any duties and taxes may be charged by customs. In order to proceed with checkout, all customers shipping internationally must check a box agreeing to this notice to complete checkout. We try to be as transparent as possible about potential restrictions during the ordering process, so we sincerely apologize that this was not clear. Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you were charged additional fees to receive the order. Since customs fees are applied by your local customs department, we unfortunately do not have any control over the amount they charge. This is the reason we provide a notice during checkout encouraging our customers to call their local customs department before ordering to find out if any duties and taxes may be charged and get an estimate of what the cost might be. We tried to contact you when the order was placed to request additional information to proceed with the order, but never heard back so by the time you contacted us, the order was already canceled. Unfortunately since the order was not processed at the time of your email in July, we were not aware that you were still expecting this shipment.
