Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that our shipping price was not as low as another company's. We do our very best to offer the lowest prices possible, and always list the shipping cost at checkout so you can compare with other companies to obtain the lowest price possible before you make your purchase. Since customs fees are applied by your local customs department, we unfortunately do not have any control over these fees. This is the reason we provide a notice during checkout encouraging our customers to call their local customs department before ordering to get an estimate for any duties and taxes that may be charged. Additionally, upon checkout we include an "Important Notice Regarding International Orders" which we have listed below. In order to proceed with any order, you must acknowledge this notice by checking a box on the site. This is our way of being completely transparent, because we never want you to feel like you weren't informed up front about the possibility of additional fees from customs. Shipping and Handling charges on your order do not include any import taxes or duties that your local customs office may request upon delivery of your order. Please note that due to current customs restrictions, some nutritional supplements may not be allowed through your local customs office. Please contact your appropriate customs authority if you have any questions about restrictions on the products you ordered. All shipments that do not clear customs will be abandoned. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for abandoned shipments. We will write the actual value of your order on the customs form attached to the box. Any customs, import duties, or additional taxes must be paid by the recipient. AllStarHealth.com has no control over these charges.

I'm sorry to hear you were not notified the card was declined right away, as our system sends out an email as soon as this happens and then we follow up in three days. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that this package was refused by your country's customs office. Upon checkout, our site requires that you agree to our international policy to place your order. This policy explains that AllStarHealth.com will not issue refunds for orders that are denied entry through customs and encourages you to call your customs office before ordering to ensure that the product will be allowed into your country. Unfortunately the shipping method chosen for this order is not trackable so we are not able to confirm an estimate for when this return will arrive to our warehouse, but we will be glad to assist further once the return is received. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to waive shipping. The only way we can offer our free standard shipping is by making it an automated system that doesn't require manual processing, so the free shipping is added automatically once you hit the threshold. We understand it's frustrating when it's only a few cents but unfortunately we have to have a cutoff amount, and we chose $99.00. We carry over 25,000 products and have many that are a dollar or less (like shaker cups, bar soaps, etc), so we hope you can find something you like to meet the free ship minimum.
