I’ve been using Allivet for almost 2 years and never needed to use their customer service because I was on auto ship and every shipment was delivered on time, no issues. Recently however I noted my autoship had somehow been removed from my acct and I notified them immediately and in no time they had me back on autoship track and didn’t even miss a beat! Their customer service dept was phenomenal.

I have to 100% revise my review for this company. We started out on the wrong foot, but they reached out and did the right thing and I'm happy with the result. I left my previous review so you could know the details of my complaint, which Allivet did everything they could to make right. I placed my first order for an inhaler my cat was prescribed and was promised by your website a 40% discount for my first order placed with AutoShip. I placed my first order with AutoShip but was only given $40.00 off, when 40% was $112.00! When I complained, Allivet said they could only give me another $25 off my NEXT order! There will not be a NEXT order after this horrible response! Other places on the internet are FAR less expensive to begin with. Bye, bye Allinet with your empty promises!

Your customer service leaves a little to be desired. Though I wasn't able to talk to someone and they said I would get a refund. Never received any confirmation. I had to contact two more times to get a email confirmation of what was happening. It just felt like that's enough necessary leaving people hanging for 3 days

Allivet was diligent about securing a prescription refill for my senior dog. My vet did not respond, and Alivet notified me that my vet had not approved the prescription for a refill. They persisted with notifications until my vet finally sent the prescription to them. I trust Alivet to help care for my beloved pets 100%!

Allivet was a little slow on the delivery of items so I had to work a little harder to get them to be timely. But when my dog passed away and then I received my last order, they forgave the payment, which I totally appreciated. Shipping may not be their strong point but their empathy more than makes up for that.
