An excellent website for dog products that are hard to find or very expensive at your vet's office. This site has been a lifesaver for our dog as well as for our pocketbook.

Allivet website is easy to use. You can find the products quickly and has promotional codes and free shipping available. Reordering is quick and easy. Very well organized company.

Gave Allivet a try once again, and once again received the product (fly spray) improperly shipped on its side and leaking all over the box again. Very simple to just put the arrow stickers on the RIGHT way and have the bottle shipped upright. I also paid extra for 2-day shipping on a separate order and got my order in a not so timely 4 days. I contacted UPS and they state that Allivet has to request a refund for my shipping charges. Emailed Allivet customer service 2 times about the UPS problem and requested they get me a refund. Still no response from them 2 weeks later. Never again.

My Dog died....I tried to cancel my order with Alivet - before I had received the medication. I was told it was too late as it was already in the shipping process...so not only do I have to pay the cost to return the medication, but you charged me a "restocking fee" for a product that wasn't even opened?....Nice...how humane of your company...

Worst experience!!! Script called in on April 4th, my vet approved it on the 5th and by the 12th, the Allivet pharmacy still had an RX Hold. I called EVERY single day and EVERY day was told it will be processed to go out that day. Each time I called the wait time was around 20 minutes, EVERY time! Now, I'm out a script that's life saving for a terminally ill pup. I have to buy it from the emergency room at literally twice to price. Today, the 13th, it still had the RX Hold and I cancelled. I'm calling 1-809-Pet-Med and NEVER using Allivet again. Very angry!!!!

Have bought from them faithfully until I needed an autoship sent earlier. I asked for them to ship without the shipping charge this time . After going thru a supervisior..who said NO. I decided to pay the full amount for shipping overnite. My dog is a diabetic and needed the meds for Cushings. That's how they treat old senior customers.

Very fast response and on the Money. Great service. Everything goes smoothly even on line ordering.

Zero customer service. I've written notes on orders that weren't answered. Called customer service and asked for a supervisor and they never called back. I was personally promised a credit by the owner of the company, Kal Abdalla, and the credit didn't work online; I called and left messages about this and no one called back. Clearly, this company doesn't care about its customers, so how does it stay in business? Does it buy vet meds from disreputable companies that dilute the meds or don't include expensive compounds? My vet says they're out there; does Allivet buy from them? I don't know and at this point don't care because I won't be coming back. I Googled the names of the drugs my dogs need and found several online vet med companies that have the same prices or better. I won't be using Allivet in the future, but I will be reporting the company to The American College of Veterinary Pharmacists, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology, American Animal Hospital Association, American Association of Veterinary Colleges, American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology, Better Business Bureau and several other organizations. Finally, if I don't get the promised refund on my next credit card statement, I'll dispute my last charge with Visa and the company will withhold payment to Allivet. Adios terrible business people.
