AllivetReviews of allivet.com

awesome!!! Prices are great and shipping was quick.

I have used Allivet for a while now, you can almost never get customer service on the phone, and the website doesn't always function properly. It takes time for them to acknowledge receipt of prescriptions I usually have to call, but the pricing is fairly good.

I appreciate the significantly better value and more competitive prices and sales/promotions. We were paying too much with 1-800-Pet-Meds and will not be going back there. Unlike another site I found via Google Shopping that was close in pricing, I'm very pleased to see that Allivet has Veterinary-Verified Internet Pharmacy accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). My only complaint thus far is that I wish the website navigation on Allivet made it easier to view the full shopping cart at any time instead of only when adding an item to the cart. I look forward to receiving my order very soon, but I opted for free shipping so I understand it may take a few more days and will update my review if anything goes wrong.

This is my first time using ALLIVET, I hope it all goes well. This will be a good savings if it does.

Easy, fast, great prices.

Always a great experience with allivet. Prescriptions are obtained from the vet swiftlty and then fast shipping.

So far, so good. Rx's came in a timely manner as soon as they received approval from my vet. Autoship makes it easy. Thanks

I purchased Dasuquin soft chews for my dog many times through Allivet and they were always "soft" chews. In this last bag I purchased the chews were stale and crumbled all over the floor, a constant mess to clean up. I contacted customer service and explained and they said a manager would have to call me back. Never got a call back. These chews are over $50.00 a bag. Not happy about the product and lack of at least a courtesy call back
