Allivet has been great for us. Initially we did not understand why it was taking longer than expected to get our medicine, but then we learned that our vets needed to be contacted for permission to fill the order. After that, smooth sailing! Moreover, we can obtain the anti-inflammatory that we need for less than we could from our vet.

Easy, peasy order! About $15 less expensive than from my vet. $180 savings per year... I can handle that! Love the reminders as well. Thanks Allivet!

I attempted over the course of an hour to place an online error and with two browsers and two different credit cards repeatedly got messages that authorization failed or server timed out. I then attempted to use chat which never work and kept giving me a message to complete a survey. Finally I tried calling on the phone and after over 10 minutes on hold I hung up.. Now 8 hours later I have given it one more try online and it worked. I suspect it was a browser issue at the other end, but the inability to even make phone contact was very frustrating and very time consuming.

I'm baffled that there are positive reviews of this company. I've ordered two prescription medications for my dog; when I try to call to confirm that the prescription confirmation from my veterinarian was received by Allivet, I listen to the automated message and it hangs up. I tried calling four times yesterday; the automated system ran through once and then disconnected me. I've tried three times today; this time the message loops for about 6 minutes before hanging up on me. I tried calling in and pressing 2 like I'm a veterinarian in the hopes of getting a person; the automated system tells me I'm the 3rd caller in queue, comes back on multiple times and counts down, then gets to one and tells me that their pharmacists are tied up and to leave a message. What a joke!

MARY the customer service rep that I talked was not helpful at all!!!!. she keeps on answering my questions with a a copy and paste generic answer!! What a joke!!!

Huge savings on insulin and syringes but have to buy 3 bottles of insulin make it cost effective with the $30 cold overnight shipping charge. Still is much cheaper than buying it from the vet.
