I received my order on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. A large section of the box was wet. When I opened the box, one of the jars of dental wipes was open (lid off of jar) which caused all of the liquid to spill in the box. How do I get a replacement for this jar? I sent this email to Allivet on Saturday , November 4 (around 7am) - no response from them at all!
