I ordered online what was advertised as DEHP free B. Braun lactated ringers for my cat with kidney disease. What I received were ringers from a brand I'd never heard of called Vedco. The product was made in El Salvador. When I googled Vedco lactated ringers, no information came up. I finally just went to Vedco.com to find out more. There was a disclaimer stated that these ringers were "not approved by the FDA and not considered safe" Now I can't even find that info on their website. That information is also on the FDA website but you need to have the code on the bag to get the information. I had to really dig for information. I called Vedco and was told it was FDA approved. I told them that the FDA claims it's not. The gentleman got a bit defensive and didn't even offer to look into it, even though I suggested he might want to call the FDA to find out why it says what it says. I have told the staff at Allivet. No one seems to be taking it seriously, and Allivet has not updated its website. When I type in lactated ringers, the only one that comes up it B. Braun, exactly the one I want. However they do not have that brand and do not inform customers that it is on backorder and there is no supply available anywhere. There is a terrible shortage of B. Braun ringers. But there is no mention of it on the website. B. Braun is the only manufacturer who makes them with bags that are DEHP free. DEHP is a toxic chemical put in the bags to make them more pliable which is unnecessary in my view. DEHP is banned in Europe but not in the US. Finally Allivet told me they no longer have the Vedco bags, even though they had just sent me a box. They said they have Hospira bags that are DEHP free. I've been told everywhere that Hospira doesn't make ringers with DEHP free bags. So I asked the person to send me a photo of what they are actually going to send me. She said she couldn't do that. I would just have to take her word for it. As far as I know Hospira does not make lactated ringers USP with DEHP free bags. All this is very frustrating. I just want to make sure I get exactly what I order. I'm still trying to get an answer before I return the box I have and put in a new order. The reason I gave my review 2 stars instead of 1 is that the person I've been working with checked in the warehouse for me to make sure.

They charged my credit card $20 more for the same medicine I got the month before without asking me if it was ok. We agreed on a price when I gave them my prescription then the second time they filled my prescription they charged my credit card $20.00 more than I had agreed on. Be careful before giving them your credit card number. Not trust worthy.

Best pricing I could find on the internet for Bravecto & Interceptor Plus for dogs. They contact my vet to fill prescription. Orders in the past have arrived quick.

Website is easy to use, prices are great and medicines are shipped quickly! I have already recommended Allivet to friends.

Would recommend using Allivet to anyone. Easy to use and extremely easy for refills. Love it only after 2 months.

Excellent prices. Chat service very helpful and efficient. Shopping cart could be made simpler. I had trouble with the Add a Vet feature. Otherwise, I'm quite pleased.

I first ordered my dogs meds through pricing I found on Google. The prices for vetmedin, vetoryl and enalapril were considerably cheaper than other online pet pharmacies. Allivet offers what they say is an additional 5% discount if you sign up for autoship which I did since my pet needs these meds daily. Even AFTER the 5% Autoship discount the meds were approximately 5% MORE than what I ordered from the google prices. I think that other consumers should be aware of this. Allivet will honor the lower google price on their autoship after I questioned them about it BUT they wanted me to take a photo of the Google pricing and send it to them. Really? WHy would they make a customer hassle with this? They have a record of my previous receipts with the lower pricing. It doesn't make sense to me and I find the autoship practice a bit deceiving. Other than this I would have given Allivet 5 stars. They eventually honored the lower google pricing. I do like ordering my pets meds through Allivet. Unlike other online pharmacies, they have been prompt to answer my calls and once they have the RX they are quick to get the orders out. I also like their free shipping policy.

They are a really great company to do business with and the prices are the best that I have found anywhere ..my dog was diagnosed with cushions disease and just hearing that news was devastating and than the vet telling me the cost of his medication I did not know how I was gonna no to pay for it so I searched online and found Allivet thankfully they were almost half the cost for his medication and when I had to see a different vet I asked her if she would call the script in she was more than happy to do so the quality is the same exact medication as the vets but so much less money! The staff is so friendly I highly recommend them!!
