Hello Rick, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and stress this experience caused, especially when your dog was in need of important pain medication. In reviewing your order, there was a delay due to a need for clarification from your veterinarian regarding the prescription directions. Hi Timothy, We’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced. After reviewing your account, we can see where the breakdown occurred, and we sincerely apologize. When your orders were combined, the prescription was mistakenly attached to the voided order by our system. Unfortunately, this was not identified right away, which caused further delays.
