I've been buying from allivet since 2 years ago. I really like the products but the part that i dont like is that they are charging for shipping and i use to pick up the products in the warehouse, its easier and cheaper for me because i live really close to them. The other day i was so upset because i bought 8 vaccines for my dogs and i forgot to add one for my cat ...they charged me $30 ....do you think that i will order one more separate ? no way....

I put in 1st pet name and it didnt take so I scrolled down and found another place to put pets name, so I put in name again and then the same name came up in both places and It would not allow me to delete pets name to put in 2nd pet name. There are 2 cats Muncie and Momma. That is why I am ordering 2 different Comfortis'. When you contact the vet for a script please get 2 - 1 for Muncie and 1 for Momma

I have had excellent experience with Allivet. Processes my pets injectibles and pain meds very quickly.

Received vaccine from Allivet shipped over nite. Ambient temperature inside shipping box was at 78 degF. Vials were rolling around loose and ice packs were completely melted and at 73 degF. Vials at 77 degF. Very poorly packed...you would think an experienced company would know better,Shipment of vaccine was well over acceptable temperature and vaccine no longer any good.Contacted customer service to express my concerns and they were no help with a don't give a hoot attitude. Lost my money and time...Allivet lost their reputation and my respect. Sourced out another company with better shipping methods and guaranteed delivery or my money back. The Allivet logo states they are a trusted company and you can certainly trust them to take your money.

Have you ever ordered from Allivet and had to wait days for a response, possibly even had to call them and/or your veterinarian to see why your prescription request is not being authorized? This is due to Allivet NEVER SENDING your request to your veterinarian. Although using a non-licensed retailer such as online pharmacies for purchasing medications is not recommended (the product is NOT guaranteed by the manufacturer), but you prefer having your purchase shipped to you directly, save yourself and your veterinarian a lot of hassle and use one OTHER THAN Allivet. If you would like to purchase online medications that are guaranteed by the manufacturer check with your veterinarian, many have online pharmacies for your convenience, we do.
