Allivet makes it very easy to order prescriptions and Flea Medicine for by pup. The packages are delivered promptly and bottles clearly labeled for use.

The site is very easy to navigate. The prices are competitive. It makes ordering medicine for our pet enjoyable. I will certainly continue to use Allivet!

Went to the vet my dog was suffering from Bronchitis,my vet gave me two medications,when I got home I researched to see if there was anything else and I saw that a Aerodawg asthma inhaler would help I called my vet back and they sad it would so I ordered it through Allivet I needed a perscrption for that item but my doctor sent it the same day Aug 6th Monday by Friday my dog was having trouble breathing so I called to see were my order was.Customer service said they did receive it on the 6th but cant figure out why it didn't ship I told him this is for a sick dog I need this now I told him should overnight this its your fault,after talking with a supervisor the best they could do is do a two day shipping and they could not ship it today because the pharmacists have left for the day so it would be Monday and I would get it Wednesday,I replied my dog is suffering that is the best you can do,he went to the manager and came back to only say we can give you ten dollars off for store credit.I said well I hope my dog makes it that long Im writing this its the 14th my dog is a ten year old pointer and I dont want anyone to go through this company if your dog is sick dont count on Allivet

I purchased Albon per my Vets recommendation. I have been disappointed by Allivet's customer service now and in the past. The pharmacists do not work on Sat. to dispense our animal families much-needed prescription medication. It takes way too long to get the meds out of the building and into the mail. When I had customer service call the pharmacist for assist he had an uncaring response. How sad... I do not recommend Allivet. In this day and age customer service is so very important. It is much more important than the price for my fur-family. nob

Website is easy to navigate. Prices much more doable than a veterinarian office. I recommend Advantage. For both cats and dogs.

Did A LOT of research because pet medications are EXPENSIVE! I found Allivet to be the best price overall. Not necessarily the cheapest for every medication, but the lowest total cost for me given my pet's particular medications. In addition, they notified me by email and phone to let me know they had my pet's Rx. The only problem I noticed during my first ordering experience was somewhat annoying - my Rx gives 6 refills for a 50 count medication, but I wasn't allowed to order the 2-pack (100 tablets) which is bundled to save almost $20. This seems stupid to me as it is within the refill parameters AND is offered specifically to save money. Now I have to wait for them to get approval which delays my shipment potentially causing the meds not to arrive in time (heart meds, MUST have them) and caused me to have to pay shipping just to make sure they arrive in time.

This is a great website for pet prescriptions and other pet supplies! They are wonderful about contacting your vet for a prescription and then sending it, and their auto refill service is just so perfect for my dogs' flea medications! They never miss a dose because they always come in the mail, right on time! The only caveat I have is that you can sometimes find a better price than the one they are initially offering online by just doing a google search for "best price for ____" and Allivet will come up with an even BETTER price than the one listed on their website! At that point, ask for the subscription so that you always get that price! Great deal!
