Each time I have ordered from Allivet the order has been received promptly. Once, and only once, an item (a smaller amount than ordered) came. Notification to Allivet resulted in an apology plus a message to keep the mis-order, they then sent the correct item. From medications and any other pet related items needed Allivet is the preferred service for my pets.
