As usual prompt shipping. I placed my order in a Friday afternoon and received it Saturday. They are the best! Some time ago USPS didn't deliver medications on time. I called Allivet. They Sent out a duplicate order by FedEx and it arrived the next morning. The order shipped by USPS was never delivered and they have no idea what happened to it but advised me there would be no refund. Allivet didn't charge me for the replacement. Now that's customer service!
