Their customer service has no clue what they are doing. They lost my prescription I sent in by mail(tracked). Very polite and all but clueless. Ok if you have to buy just non rx stuff I guess.

You have to watch and compare prices. Usually very prompt with orders. Prices need to be compared with competitors though.
