Found medication cheaper on competitors website but pets vet info already loaded on this website. Also disappointed because unable to use 10% off $100 purchase on my order because medications didn’t qualify for discount.

I wish I could give negative stars, this place is a joke. I never received my first order, I found out through the postal service that it was never even sent to them for shipment. I contacted Allivet customer service and they said a replacement would be sent out next day delivery (this was early morning). I waited until midday and contacted them again to check what carrier and if it had shipped, I was told FedEx next day and yes it went out. I called Allivet again the day my delivery was due and was told that I wouldn't be receiving it until the following day! Now they're telling me that they require a day to process, I was not told this prior so someone's blowing smoke up my rear end I'm not happy. I also requested copies of my chat transcripts be forwarded to me right after having the communication, and yup you guessed it they never came either! I now have a sick and suffering dog at home because of their negligence. All I get is an I'm sorry, your package will be arriving tomorrow. And guess what, according to fedex it wasn't sent next business day it was sent regular to be received by 8pm which means my dog goes another to meals without his medication. Just to let you know I ordered the meds when I got down to 28 doses left which is 2 weeks worth, he has pancreatitis and can't miss doses or he relapses into severe pain, diarrhea and weightloss and it's difficult to get back on track. So stay away from Allivet they don't care!

I have used Allivet to order Trifexis far a few years. I ordered a 1 year supply but still had some from my last order so I did not open them. We I opened it and gave it to my dog it DID NOT WORK my dog was covered with fleas!!!! I called and was told they would refund my money. But after a 3rd call was told that they would not refund or replace the Trifexis. I have done used Trifexis for a very long time on 3 different dogs and never had this problem. IT HAD TO BE A BAD BATCH OR SOMETHING
