Allivet BUSTED THEIR BUTTS to get my dog's medication to me on time, with minimal help from me (I cut it close) and NO help from my vet. They made at least 4 attempts to contact my vet (I spoke with the vet's office 3 times), emailed me to keep me up to date on status, and responded both promptly and helpfully when I phoned them and also tried their on-line chat. Exceptionally good service in difficult times.

I've been ordering from Allivet for years and I'm happy with the quickness of getting what I order and they always have the products I'm looking for. The only issue is the price of the cat Insulin has increased and it costs me more for that than it does for a month of dog food and I have 11 dogs.
