Good communication and customer…
Good communication and customer service. Every so often there is an email saying that the meds are coming and is incorrect but replying to that email gets a very fast response. Happy with the service and the prices. My 2 Dobies appreciate it too.

Allivet has worked hard to get my rx for my girl. My vets office is absolutely pathetic tbh and allivet and I worked 3 weeks to get a refill from my vet. They mail super quickly to. Very good pharmacy..ty

Good Service
Always receive what we need on time. Customer service is helpful and courteous. Their web site has been a nightmare many times. Frankly I would hire a new IT company and start from scratch.

massive price increase ,almost double
massive price increase ,almost double. was told to cancel order twice sent it anyway .it had to be sent back and we had to call to get a refund, We will not be ordering again.

Their prices & deals are great
Their prices & deals are great. They have wonderful customer service. I had a Seresto collar sent to me, but had switched to another type of med. They sent me a shipping label & even refunded me the money before receiving the return. Who does that?? AAA++
