Allivet has made it extremely easy to get my dog’s heart medication in a timely manner. When my dog was first diagnosed with cardiomyopathy we purchased the meds thru our vets office because it was an immediate need. I researched the cost of the meds and Allivet came up as the supplier we would use. Ordering is easy. Shipping is in a timely manner. And they are reasonably priced.

I can't even remember encountering worse customer service ... Their website can't properly keep track of different pets and despite numerous times noting that one of my dogs has passed (painful enough as it is), they kept sending me reminders to restart a medicine for that dead dog. Then when another dog recently passed and I cancelled my prescription autoship, they sent me the $78 medicine anyways.... AFTER I cancelled the autoship and got an email confirmation. When I asked for a return shipping label to return the unopened package, they.... asked me to clarify which pet died (they're both dead now, thank you!) and offered a $10 credit. Trust me, never ever use this company. Absolutely awful.

I was able to get heart worm meds at a great price. They kept me updated and received in timely manner.

Purchased items from Allivet on line. Received an insane number of follow up and promotional emails. I hit "unsubscribe", called and emailed multiple times asking to be removed from all communication. It's been weeks and I'm still being spammed. Not worth shopping there. Just saw their response. I've already called that number multiple times and then promised that I would be removed from their list. I haven't been

I ordered Denamarin from Allivet, order APO-04677803. They cancelled my order because they couldn't verify my prescription, even though Denamarin does not require a prescription. Also nowhere on the product page did Allivet clearly state that a prescription was required. I started receiving spam emails from Allivet, while their customer service has been completely useless and does not answer. But the worst part is that Allivet still has a temporary authorization on my PayPal account. They cancelled the order, but they won't cancel the temporary authorization. Because of this, I can't use that money to order the Denamarin my pet needs ASAP from a normal, reliable shop. Allivet won't ship my order, won't answer customer service, and won't release the temporary PayPal authorization. This is unacceptable. I don't understand how a company can cancel an order and then keep the customer's payment authorization tied up, especially when the customer urgently needs the product for their pet. Allivet, either ship my order, or cancel the temporary PayPal authorization immediately. Worst customer service experience I've had. I will never order from Allivet again.

The first order was perfect. On the second order the Submit button disappeared. I tried to bring it to their support attention, but instead of fixing the issue they suggested they submit the order manually. I appreciate their readiness, but with it being 2026, my preference is to be able to submit orders without any assistance. I decided to wait for a week to see if my feedback will make any changes, but it looks like it did not. Also, Live Chat button does not seem to work anymore. They were my preferred seller of this med, but now I have to find anothe one.

Allivet kept me informed about my pet's med shipment AND had fabulous customer service when I called them. Truly an exceptional experience. The only downside was that the temperature sensitive med took several days to arrive, and with the high temperatures during this past summer, I was concerned about the efficacy of the medication. Otherwise, this is an excellent resource for my pet!
