Christopher Maes was a complete gem to work with! He was so kind & sincere & you could tell he actually cared about what I had to say. He asked many questions about my story & made sure that I was heard, & he was just so genuine & a pleasure to talk to! Our call went well over the 45 minutes but I never felt rushed! He explained the entire process to me in detail & made sure I completely understood each step before moving on. It is 5 stars experience and the main reason for this 5 stars is working with the amazing Carol Lopez, I was in an enormous stress dealing with the taxes while getting my naturalization and citizenship in place. She did the magic and was more than just helpful to get me to compliance with her consistency, patience and close follow up. I am more than grateful to all the team and to Carol the most.
